Grounded in decades of active practice in the Fraser Valley and years of instruction with licensed professionals and industry partners, Liz helps teams improve performance through disciplined analysis, communication strategy, and skills development. Her focus includes investment evaluation, market interpretation, customer experience systems, and sales enablement.

Professional Instruction & Training
Custom training programs for real estate professionals, home builders, and industry organizations. Areas of focus include business development, customer service systems, small business development, marketing strategy, land use interpretation, and professional standards.
Programs are designed with working professionals in mind—grounded in real scenarios, regulatory realities, and the pressures of active practice. Training may be delivered as workshops, course series, or tailored organizational sessions.
Current instructional roles include the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. Liz also delivers brokerage-level training for active sales teams, including programs with Sutton Premier Realty.




Investment & Land Evaluation
Strategic support for property owners and investors evaluating potential purchases, emerging neighbourhoods, and redevelopment-oriented lots. This work focuses on interpreting zoning frameworks, understanding policy direction, assessing basic subdivision potential, and identifying areas positioned for growth in Langley, Surrey, and across the Fraser Valley.
Sales Strategy & Enablement
Strategic support for real estate and development sales teams. This includes pricing analysis, objection management frameworks, value communication strategy, and structured sales training.
Work in this area centers on aligning product, positioning, and messaging so teams can present value clearly and operate with consistency and professionalism.
