Personal Branding for Realtors

I’ll be instructing Personal Branding for Realtors for the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board this spring.

This six-hour, PDP-accredited course explores how real estate professionals can clarify their positioning, communicate their value, and build brands that attract the right clients — without relying on gimmicks or constant self-promotion.

Written and delivered by me, the class runs online on March 5 and May 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Below are the course details:

Description: Webinar

Personal Branding for REALTORS®: Build a Business That Reflects Your Strengths

6 PDP Accredited Hours

PDP Course Provider: Fraser Valley Real Estate Board

This course is designed to help real estate professionals build a powerful personal brand and develop a sustainable, fulfilling business model by aligning their marketing and client engagement strategies with their strengths. Too often, agents try to fit into a one-size-fits-all approach, leading to burnout and inconsistent success. This course provides a structured framework for establishing a strong personal brand that attracts the right clients and supports long-term growth.

Participants will learn how to identify their unique marketing style, craft a compelling Unique Value Proposition (UVP), and implement a branding and marketing strategy that differentiates them in a competitive market. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and guided self-assessments, agents will gain clarity on how to position themselves as trusted real estate professionals and grow a thriving business that reflects their authentic strengths.

Topics include:

● Defining Your Role as a Realtor and how your brand influences client relationships.

Developing a Unique Value Proposition (UVP) that communicates your expertise and sets you apart.

Crafting a Personal Selling Statement to confidently market yourself.

Choosing the Right Market and Property Types that align with your brand and business goals.

● Developing a Branding & Marketing Strategy Using the 4Ps to attract your ideal clients.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Develop a Personalized Business Strategy: Create a real estate practice that aligns with their skills, interests, and strengths..
  2. Craft a Unique Value Proposition (UVP): Clearly define what makes them stand out in the market and communicate their value to potential clients.
  3. Identify the Right Market and Client Base: Select a market that is financially viable and suited to their expertise.
  4. Build an Effective Marketing Strategy: Apply the 4Ps of marketing to structure a marketing plan that is sustainable and results-driven.
